Quality Assurance

ISO 9001:2015 is the most recognised Quality Management System standard internationally. Quality management is designed to monitor and control methods that recognise the input of value-adding activities. ISO 9001:2015 aims to continually improve the operation and control of these processes to ensure that organisations are functioning effectively and efficiently. Process-based quality management systems incorporate the inflow of information to determine the continual improvement of product output. Through demonstrating an understanding of customer requirements organisations can develop effective mechanisms to measure, analyse and improve the management of resources and the output of their goods and services. The implementation of the Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2015 illustrates a commitment to delivering quality goods and services to customers.

Safety [WHS] Management

Safety Management adopts a range of Work Health and Safety practices to reach optimal consequences for all parties. The systematic approach to managing safety leads to a reduction in workplace illness and injury and consequently a reduction in costs associated with workplace incidents. Safety Management is the development of processes and allocation of resources for applying and maintaining the WHS policy. Adoption of Safety Management systems represents an organisation’s effort to establish safety controls that regulate the risks to all persons affected by an organisation’s activities. The implementation of AS/NZS 4801:2001 and/or OHSAS 18001:2007 should lead to a minimisation of harm in the workplace, which correlates with increased shareholder confidence and financial benefit.

Environmental Management

Environmental Management Systems assist organisation’s in meeting moral and legal obligations. An Environmental Management System incorporates processes and procedures for controlling, summarising and documenting environmental performance information. ISO 14001:2015 is the most widely recognised Environmental Management System standard internationally. The complexity, amount of resources dedicated to and extent of reporting will depend on a number of factors, such as the size of the organisation and the nature of its activities, goods and services.

Integrated Management Systems

Our Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems can be streamlined into an Integrated Management System, that is intricately designed to harness the mandatory elements and benefits of each individual system in a way that is easily followed and implemented. Integrated Management Systems provide a holistic approach to risk management and continual improvement. The implementation of an Integrated Management System allows for planning and monitoring of business processes across an organisation. An Integrated Management System delivers a single system of effectiveness and efficiency, eliminating duplication of activities and documents and prioritising the key interests of the business. Reduced and simplified documentation processes as well as the clear defining of tasks and roles, contribute to improved communication and performance management.

Risk Management

Risk Management is an integral part of all organisations in order to achieve continual improvement and business growth. The ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management standard aims to help organisations achieve a balance between maximising opportunities and minimising risks. Organisation's activities are diverse and can raise a range of risks that require risk management processes to be applied depending on the likelihood and consequences of those risks. Risk Management practices are embedded into our Integrated Management System, allowing organisation's to manage their Quality, Safety and Environmental risks simultaneously.
