Direct Traffic engaged Neil Laidler from Australian Workplace Management to help our business obtain ISO certification in early 2014. Direct Traffic already had a WHS management system in place for many years therefore Australian Workplace Management developed an Integrated Management System to include the missing Quality, Environment, and Human Resources components to tie it all together. The result was an easy to use system in a similar format to our WHS management system that all of our staff understood and made us compliant for ISO 9001:2008, AS/NZS 4801:2001, and ISO 14001:2004.
